Your data is stored securely in Supabase (powered by PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We never share your data with third parties.

Yes. Dashn automatically discovers relationships between your files and combines them into a single dashboard with cross-file insights.

Deleting a source file removes the associated data from our servers. Dashboards that depend on the file will show a notice that the data source is no longer available.

Yes. Upgrades are applied immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Nothing — your existing dashboards remain intact and accessible. You just can't create new ones beyond the free tier limit.

No. Your data is never used to train or fine-tune any AI model. It is processed only to generate your dashboard and is not shared with anyone.

Yes. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting support@dashn.ai. We will remove all your data within 30 days, as required by LGPD and GDPR.
